Cafés
Canopy Cafe
Enjoy stone-baked pizza, freshly rolled burritos, or sourdough toasties. You'll find this café on the ground floor of the building in between the Biomes.
Med Bar
Located in the Mediterranean Biome, offering cold drinks, from Pimm's to Cornish gin and tonic, from locally made lager to sparkling wine, from ginger beer to Sicilian lemonade. We also serve hot drinks, including tea and coffee.
Little Lunch Box
Pick up a tasty pasty, a delicious sausage roll, or a sourdough toastie. You'll find this takeaway café outside, in between the Biomes.
Eden Coffee House
This café in the Visitor Centre at the entrance to Eden serves ethically sourced coffee, other drinks and a selection of pasties and cakes, which can be enjoyed inside, on our terrace overlooking the Biomes, or in our gardens as a takeaway.
Ice Cream Parlour
Enjoy delicious Cornish ice cream and sorbets at the ice cream parlour in the heart of our Outdoor Gardens.
High ropes courses
The Rainforest Canopy Walkway offers breathtaking views across the Biome, and helps explain the importance of rainforests. The new Weather Maker section is now open and includes a rope bridge, a cloud bridge and an immersive exhibit where you can shelter from tropical rain storms.
Along the way you'll learn how rainforests help keep you alive wherever you live. We want the Walkway to inspire you, as it has us, to work to save these precious areas of our planet.
Playgrounds
The Nest climbing frame
This wooden structure is a favourite with tinies and parents.
This playful structure outside the entrance to the Core appeals to younger kids, who love clambering and climbing all over it, while parents enjoy a rest on the grass.

The Eden Project is always well worth the visit. It may seem pricey at first but remember that your ticket allows you return entries for a year. It is a great attraction whatever the weather, and there is always something new to discover with each visit. The kids love the seasonal attractions and its a great day out. Child, pram and disabled friendly, always plenty of parking too.

Love Eden, our family are a very regular visitor (at least once a month) the biodomes never fail to amaze me) the outdoor area is great for kids to run jump play and just be kids! The food is very nice and reasonably priced! I highly recommend the chocolate ice cream! It's proper chocolate just how it's supposed to taste. Never had a bad experience! Lots of different event throughout the year. If your planning a one off visit, check their website to see if they have any special events, it would be a shame to miss it by a day! Defo worth a visit though, and for the price of one admission you can return as much as you like for a year.

I went in July with a 1 and 2 year old, along with my brother and his 8 and 9 year old. I was pleasantly surprised and very relieved to discover that both my girls loved Eden. They were both completely fascinated by the environment outside and in, plants and people. It was really hard going in the rainforest biome with a 3-wheeler pushchair and I was happy to leave the heat of there! We stayed outside mostly. The water-fun summer workshop was great for my toddler, who had a great time playing with the equipment on hand FOC, which her sister slept through. Food in the main restaurant was very expensive, but we took our own packed lunch as the girls are so fussy. No one seemed to mind. Getting through the shop afterwards without buying something was a challenge. If space or carrying is a problem tho, there's always the online shop when back at home. Overall it was a great day out. So much so, that we went back in September with grandma. Do watch out for scheduled weddings throughout the summer... it isn't mentioned on the website and access to some areas including biomes is restricted. We were very disappointed but, after moaning a little bit, got free entry for grandma!! Final note - the entry cost at £16.50 online for an adult IS rather pricey, but children under 5 are free (as are under 16s between 1Nov-18Feb) and, as we live in Cornwall, we get an annual free return pass

Took the little one today to the toddlers ice skating session and she loved it! It was a fantastic day and brilliant to see her having so much fun. We love going to eden, its so family friendly, brilliant for kids and its excellent value for money. Can't wait to go again!

Brilliant - love it. We've been back several times now - don't forget that you can get free return visits for a whole YEAR! The kids love it too (we told them there were crocodiles in the water in the big biome so they were excitedly looking for them and one swears she saw one!) Now with added lizards and frogs to look out for - great fun - we felt like explorers in the jungle! Always seasonal things going on and the planting obviously changes with the seasons too. It's always different. Can't speak highly enough about this well thought out attraction which will just keep getting better.
