Jeremy and Vicky got married in 2021 and are already parents to four-year-old son Oliver.
Opening up about Iris's birth to The Sun, Jeremy revealed that he and Vicky had opted for a planned C-section this time round after a difficult birth in 2020.
He said:
'Oliver's birth was difficult for Vicky four years ago, so it meant this time around had to be more planned.'
Jeremy is also dad to four other children from previous marriages – 32-year-old Harriet from his first marriage and Alice, 18, Ava, 17, and son Henry, 13, from his second.

Ashley Cain
TV personality Ashley Cain has welcomed a baby son, two years after the tragic passing of his eight-month-old daughter Azaylia.
The Ex on the Beach star, 33, announced the happy news on Instagram, revealing he'd honoured his late daughter by giving his newborn son the same middle name.
Sharing a picture of the newborn wearing a white baby grow and hat, Ashley wrote:
'Aliyas Diamond Cain - 16.01.24, 4:32am, 9lbs 3oz.
'I will love you, appreciate you, guide you and protect you with all of my heart, for the rest of my life.
'& you will have the most beautiful guardian angel heaven holds watching over you and protecting you too.
'Welcome to the world my son.
'May your body be strong, your mind be wise, your heart be loving and your spirit be pure and truly powerful.'
Former footballer Ashley and ex-partner Safiyya Vorajee, 35, lost their baby daughter to acute myeloid leukaemia in April 2021. She had been diagnosed with the aggressive form of cancer at eight weeks old.
The former Coventry City player has been friends with his new partner since the age of 18.
Announcing the news of her pregnancy last year, Ashley said the first person he wanted to tell was Azaylia.
Talking to The Sun, he said:
'The first thing that I did was go down to Azaylia’s resting place to talk to her about it.
'I believe that was a huge part that has allowed me to feel positive about it. I feel like she was the main person that I needed to speak to and to get this thing off my chest.
'After going to her resting place and speaking to her about it, I just had a feeling in my heart and in my soul that she was happy for me.'
Nicola Thorp and Nikesh Patel
Broadcaster and former Corrie actress Nicola Thorp has become a first-time mum to a baby girl, with her actor fiancé Nikesh Patel.
The actress, 35, who played Nicola Rubenstein in the ITV show between 2017 and 2019, welcomed a baby daughter and shared the news on Thursday 4 January.
Nicola and Nikesh, 38, shared a joint post where they revealed how 'delighted' they were to welcome their daughter, whose name has not yet been revealed.
The couple also shared a first-look pic of the little one gripping her parents' hands, acknowledging how social media was a 'difficult place' at the moment.
The actress, who is a regular contributor on ITV's This Morning, wrote in an on-screen message:
'We are delighted to say that we recently welcomed our beautiful baby daughter into the world.
'Everything they say about birth being a rollercoaster of emotions is true. We're shattered and smitten and everything in between.
'Social media is a difficult place right now. If your timeline is anything like ours, it's filled with images of babies and children dying in conflict or living in fear and unimaginable danger.
'It doesn't feel right to share our news on her without also acknowledging how fortunate we are that our baby is safe.'
The new mum finished her post with:
'Every child deserves to be born into safety.'
Nicola and Nikesh, who appeared on Channel 4's Celebrity Hunted together earlier this year, confirmed they were expecting their first child in an Instagram post back in September, sharing photos of Nicola cradling her baby bump with the caption:
'Some news.'
Sienna Miller
Congratulations to Sienna Miller, 42, and partner Oli Green, 27, who have welcomed their first child together.
The new mum was spotted out and about with her newborn in a baby carrier on Wednesday 3 January.
The actress is already mum to daughter Marlowe, 10, from her relationship with actor Tom Sturridge, 38.
In a recent interview with Vogue, the star revealed she was having a girl and said:
'I was very fortunate. I wasn’t necessarily trying to get pregnant.
'This happened as a total surprise and biologically was something I was able to do.'
Adding how much more 'psychologically prepared' she was for the birth of her second child, Sienna also called out the double standards of being an older mum.
She said:
'I’d love to get to a point where I didn’t feel the need to make a joke of my being older and having a baby. To show I’m in on the joke.'
No further details have yet been released about when the baby was born, or the little one's name.
Sienna's pregnancy was revealed during a beach holiday in August 2023, when the star showed off her growing baby bump.
