School holidays can always be expensive. To make eating out more affordable, take advantage of these meal deals at a variety of fantastic pubs, restaurants and cafes that offer free meals for kids.
You'll find places where kids eat free or at a discounted price over half term at these places near you. Just remember to check the T&Cs carefully before you set off!

1. Kids eat free on Sundays at The Real Greek
If your child loves hummus, sausages, chips, halloumi or chicken, you're in for a Mediterranean treat at your local Real Greek restaurant. You can get a free kids meal for under 12s for every £10 spent by an adult from Sunday 11 to Sunday 25 February at any one of the 23 Real Greek restaurants in the UK.
There are plenty in London, as well as Real Greek restaurants in Newcastle, Bristol, Reading, Bournemouth and Southampton.
2. Kids can eat from 45p at IKEA every Friday
Little ones can enjoy Kids Pasta with Tomato Sauce and a piece of fruit and a soft drink for just 45p every Friday from 11am in IKEA restaurants.
Sign up to IKEA's Ikea Family Member card to get the sweet deal. Run from 2 February until 30 August.
3. Kids eat for free at any Morrisons café
Kids aged under 16 eat for free at any Morrisons café when an adult spends £4.50 or more on a meal. The kid's meal includes piece of fruit and Tropicana Kids Orange or Apple drink or bottle of water.
4. Kids eat free at Pausa Cafés inside Dunelm stores
Making a trip to Dunelm? You're in luck as kids eat free in the Pausa Cafés inside Dunelm stores. You can get one free mini meal deal for every £4 an adult spends in the in-store café.
5. Kids eat for £1 at Bella Italia
Your little ones aged two to 11 can have a three-course meal for just £1 with every adult main meal.
This is available Monday to Thursday from 4pm to 6pm.

6. Kids eat free at Preto restaurants
Give your kids a taste of delicious Brazilian food for free, thanks to a great weekday offer at Preto restaurants. Simply fill in a quick online form, or just walk in and ask, and your kids (aged 10 and under) can eat for free at these fun, relaxed, authentic Brazilian restaurants.
There are Preto restaurants in Chelmsford, Colchester, the West End and Enfield. Bon appetit!
7. Kids eat free at Dobbies Garden Centres
Head to a Dobbies Garden Centre and your kids can enjoy a free breakfast or lunch meal in the café, with each adult main meal purchased.

8. Kids eat free at Purezza
The 'Kids Eat Free' offer at the vegan Purezza pizzerias in Brighton, Hove, London, Bristol and Manchester means children under 10 can enjoy a free mini pizza with a topping of their choice, when dining with one full-paying adult. Choose from delicious toppings including courgettes, potatoes, mushrooms or crumbled 'sausage'.
9. Children can eat for free at most OK Diners
Head to this classic 50s-style American diner where children can eat for free. Choose burgers, dairy ice cream shakes, all day breakfasts and delicious filled bagels. Kids under 10 can eat for free from the children’s menu when an adult purchases a main course from the a la carte menu at most OK Diners (excluding those on the A1). This offer is available all day, every day.
10. Future Inns
Under fives can eat for free at Future Inns across the country for breakfast lunch and dinner.
Any kids meal is available from the children's menu completely for free with one full-priced adult main meal.
Kids choices include chicken or beef burger, roast chicken, fish fingers, chicken nuggets or an omelette
Participating restaurants are in Bristol, Cardiff and Plymouth.
11. Kids eat for £1 in Asda's family-friendly cafés
Kids across England and Wales can eat for just £1 at any time of day in Asda Cafés, 7 days a week, with no minimum adult spend required. Choose from penne pasta with meatballs or a vegan hidden veg pasta meal either with chips or a salad or peas. You can also get a free piece of fruit (apple, pear or banana) when purchasing the hot kids £1 meal deal.
12. Kids eat for £1 at Sizzling Pub & Grill restaurants
Kids will love what's on offer at Sizzling Pub and Grill restaurants across the UK: choose from kid-friendly favourites like fish fingers, pasta, chicken wraps, pizza and veggie nuggets. And grown-ups will love the prices! For every adult 'sizzling meal', you’ll also get a kid’s main meal for £1. This offer is available Monday to Friday, between 3 pm and 7 pm.
13. Kids eat free at Angus Steakhouses
Kids under 10 can eat for free at any one of the five Angus Steakhouses in London: including Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square and Paddington.
You can get one free kid's meal for every adult main course purchased. The offer runs at anytime on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays plus every day during half term.
14. Selected kids' meals cost just £1 on Mondays at Hungry Horse pubs
Every Monday at Hungry Horse, there are selected kids' meals for just £1, such as chicken nuggets or pasta and larger meals, such as burgers, for only £1.50. You'll also get a free activity sheet to keep the little ones entertained while you eat.
15. Kids eat free at Barbican Kitchen, London
Barbican Kitchen is a family-friendly restaurant located on the ground floor of the Barbican Centre in London. Choose from freshly made sandwiches, Nourish Bowl salads, pizza and a rotating range of hot food specials.
Children under 10 can get a free kid’s meal from the kid's menu with every adult meal over the value of £10 purchased.
16. Kids eat free at Gordon Ramsey restaurants
At selected Gordon Ramsay restaurants, kids aged eight and under can enjoy a main meal for free from the Ramsay kids' menu, with the option to add a sweet treat for dessert for just £3.50. You can get one free kids' meal, such as mac and cheese or bangers and mash, per adult dining from the a la carte menu.

17. Kids eat free at Bodean's BBQ smokehouses
Take your munchkins for a 3-course BBQ feast at Bodeans in Clapham. Kids can choose a free meal from the kids' menu for every adult meal purchased. The kids' menu offers delicious-sounding treats like baby back ribs; chicken wings; hot dogs; or sausage and mash; plus a crudites and hummus starter; and a milk lolly for pud. Yum.
18. Kids get a free breakfast at Premier Inn
Did you know, you don't have to be a guest to enjoy a Premier Inn breakfast? Two under-16s can eat breakfast for completely FREE when one adult orders a full Premier Inn Breakfast or a Meal Deal. It'll set you up for a day full of adventures.

The Travelodge 'unlimited breakfast' costs £8.25; and up to two kids aged 15 and under eat completely free for every full-paying adult.
20. Kids eat free at Heathrow airport
Jetting off this over the half term? Heathrow has a kids eat free offer from 9 to 18 February. When an adult chooses an item from the main menu, your kids can eat for free. Participating restaurants include Big Smoke; The Prince of Wales; Giraffe; Pilots; and Vagabond.
21. Kids eat for £1 at Brains pubs on Wednesdays
Kids can enjoy any main meal from Brains pubs' 'Little Dragons' menu for £1 when purchased with a full-priced adult main meal all day every Wednesday. Adult main meals don't include sandwiches, jackets, starters, sharers, sides or desserts.
There are over 200 Brains pubs which span across Wales and the South West.
22. Kids eat for £1 in Sainsbury's cafes
Enjoy one children's hot main meal or lunch bag for £1 with the purchase of an adult hot main meal from £5.20 in the Sainsbury's café. Kids' meals in the Sainsbury's cafe come with a drink (blackcurrant water, apple juice, Happy Monkey chocolate milkshake or milk) and a piece of fruit.
23. Enjoy 2 kids breakfasts for free at any Beefeater, Brewers Fayre or Table Table restaurants
Kids who love pancakes, continental breakfasts or even full English breakfasts are in luck! Two kids under 16 can eat for free with every adult all-you-can-eat breakfast (£9.99) purchased at Beefeater, Table Table and Brewers Fayre restaurants across the UK.
During half term, Brewers Fayre is also offering a 'feed the family for £18' deal which includes two main meals and two kids meals, which include spaghetti bolognese and steak burgers.
This offer runs from 12 February to 23 Feb, Monday to Friday, 12-6 pm.
24. Kids can indulge in a free breakfast at Whitbread Inns
Start the day the right way with an unlimited breakfast, where kids eat free!
Two children under 16 can eat for free when you order a full price brekkie. Choose from a full English with freshly cooked eggs just the way you like them, sizzling bacon rashers, succulent sausages, beans and crunchy hash browns. Whitbread Inns also has a wide range of continental breakfast options available.
25. Special offers at TGI Fridays for kids
New and existing Stripes Rewards Members can get a FREE children's meal when ordering an adult's main meal. Kids can order from the Little League or Major League menus, and includes sides and fizzy fruit coolers. To become a Stripes Rewards Member, you'll need to download the app and sign up. New members can also claim a FREE dessert on their first visit and earn rewards for each £1 you spend to redeem on food and drink.
26. Kids eat free at The Butcher's Tap and Grill in Marlow, Buckinghamshire
Kids aged 12 and under can eat for free at Tom Kerridge's The Butchers Tap and Grill in Marlow when accompanied by an adult. This offer is available Monday to Friday between 3pm and 5pm. Offer ends at the end of February 2024.
Options include hot dogs, chicken goujons or mini cheeseburgers.
27. Kids eat free at Bluegrass BBQ Smokehouse
Bluegrass BBQ is offering delicious kids' meals this February half term from 10 to 18 February.
With locations in High Wycombe, Reading and Windsor, you little ones could get free main and dessert from pancakes with bacon to mac and cheese.
Finish with an ice cream with chocolate or caramel sauce.
28. £1.99 Happy Meals at McDonald's
Throughout half term, you can get a Happy Meal for just £1.99.
To grab the discount, download the McDonald's app and visit the Offers tab.
Click on the £1.99 Happy Meal offer and you'll be able to add the code to a delivery order or show to your cashier in your local McDs.
This is available from 12 to 25 February 2024.
The offer is only available once per day per customer.
How many kids eat free at Beefeater?
Beefeater typically allows up to 2 children for their kids eat free deals with each paying adult during their breakfast service.
