Has anyone else had problems with being 'told off' by the staff at the Maritime Museum? Without fail whenever I go with my children at least one member of staff will approach me to say something from the Health & Safety manual - real examples, 'don't carry your child on your shoulders', 'don't rest that football on your buggy', 'don't let your child kneel on there, it might not take their weight'. It's become a bit of a running joke to see what the rule-break of the day will be each time I go. It really puts me off going!

Note: We advise you check these details are up-to-date before planning a visit.
