Kids dairy-free strawberry smoothie
A delicious smoothie with no dairy and a winner with the kids!

450g strawberries (keep the tops on for extra nutrients)
2 bananas
235ml water (bottled)
6 ice cubes (optional)
1 date (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree well
Add more water if needed for a smoother texture
I also often add a heaped teaspoon of cacao powder to this shake to give a chocolate flavor and also a boost of magnesium and increase serotonin levels
