  • 240ml cow's milk or plant milk alternative

  • 120g mix of blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 tbsp porridge oats

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender. Whizz until smooth.

  2. Pour into a large glass and serve immediately.
