★★★★★Couldn't get eggs at the shops today, but I'd promised the kids we'd do some baking, so I tried this out and it turned out really well! Had it warm from the oven with ice cream - delish!

★★★★☆This cake is slightly denser without the inclusion of eggs , but is still very tasty . This is an ideal recipe for our family parties as my sister in law has an egg allergy.
