Avocado puree for babies
Easy no-cook puree for weaning babies

1 ripe avocado, halved and stone removed
Scoop out the ripe avocado flesh and add to a bowl.
Add 1-2tbsp of cooled boiled water or baby's usual milk. Mash with the back of a fork until smooth.
