Family life doesn't come cheap, and sometimes many of us need a bit of help to get food on the table.

Fortunately, there are food banks across the country that have been set up by communities to help feed your family when there's no other solution to be found. Most require a referral, usually from your local Citizen's Advice, or a service that you're already getting help from. Many provide toiletries and other basic essentials, along with store cupboard essentials to help fill your bellies when times are tough.
