Easy toilet roll crafts
Crown
Start by wrapping glittery paper around the outside of the toilet roll.
Then cut spikes into the roll, creating a crown effect.
Then all you have left to do is glue tiny pom poms to the top of each point.
Octopuses
First, paint the outside of the toilet roll the colour of your choice.
Then cut slits in the bottom to give them their eight legs.
Finish by giving them a smile, suckers and some googly eyes. You can also add a sparkly inside if you wish.
Rockets
How cute are these toilet roll rockets?
Just paint the outside with a design of your choice and stick ribbons on the inside, so they hang underneath.
Then fold a circular piece of card to make a cone and stick it on top, to make the point of the rocket.
Superman cuffs
Start by cutting a loo roll in half. Then cut a line vertically down the back to make it into a cuff.
Then paint them blue and add the Superman logo.
Star cuffs
Again, cut a loo roll in half and cut a line vertically down the back to make it into a cuff.
Use glittery paper to decorate the cuff and cut out the stars to stick on.
Carol singers
Simply paint faces onto the toilet rolls and cut up old socks to give them cute bobble hats.
Fairy houses
Super cute and easy to make, these fairy houses are great for play time. Just paint the loo rolls, draw on windows and doors and roll some colourful card into a cone to make the roof.
Snake
This snake will need about five loo rolls.
Paint the loo rolls, cut in half and pierce four holes on each toilet roll with a sharp pencil.
Then string your snake together ( it's a little fiddly) and decorate.
Microphone
Perfect for X Factor-style games, all you need is one toilet roll and a sparkly Christmas bauble. Stick together and decorate with glitter or sequins.
