Implantation bleeding

I'm new here and wanted to share this and ask really if anybody else had this.

So I came off the pill in Nov and my cycle has been all over the place . Actually thought I was peri menopausal.

This month my symptoms have been different . I ovulated early - I had been using the sticks.

A few days later I got the most horrendous shooting pains in the back area that lasted 2 days . Then last week I went to the toilet and had a big gush of blood , different from period , more like fresh blood like if you cut your hand . This lasted 2 days. I assumed I was starting menopause or it was a side effect of coming off the pill and actually logged it as a period on my tracking app.

I usually get all kinds of symptoms before my period but I've had nothing at all, no cm, no pains , nothing other than this morning my nipples are slightly tender . I usually get really sore breasts around the sides .

So I thought this morning I just have a feeling so tested on the cheap Amazon tests and sure enough a faint bfp! And positive ovulation test which I read on here was also a sign of bfp.

I have had ivf previously and previous ectopic so I will get checked out but hopefully that bleed was implantation which is a good sign ?!
