Abusive ex’s new partner txt saying I’m killing him by keeping his son from him

Long story but I ex was violent and abusive to me whilst pregnant and then when our son was born. Police and social services involved and I was moved and told he was not to know my address.
I took out a non molestation order against him which means no contact from him or anyone trying to get to me/harrass me on his behalf.
I had a message from the new partner saying ‘you know you keeping ****** from him is going to kill him soon’
i haven’t responded but want to scream it’s not me it’s him and his behaviour that has done this. He has obviously not told her the whole truth.
I just want everyone linked to him to leave me alone. I want him to go away.
but he’s always in my mind 😢
is this a breach of the order?

I’m Lauren one of the parent supporters here on Netmums. It sounds like you’ve been through a very difficult and challenging situation with your ex. You have been brave and taken all the legal and necessary steps to protect yourselves
His new partner has contacted you in this way. I think it would be worth contacting the non emergency police- they will have domestic violence trained staff that will be able to support you and discuss whether there a breach of the order. Womens aid may also be able to give you some support. Putting a firm boundary down about it and blocking them also will help keep any distance from them.
I hope you can get it sorted and not continue to have any contact from them

I have done and they won’t do anything. It’s just never ending. It seems like nothing but the effect it has on me is huge.
Doesn’t count as a breach or intimidation, most they can do is call him/her and say stop it like they’ve been naughty school kids.

Of course it has an impact on you. Have you had any counselling since it all happened? I wonder would it be helpful to talk it all through and process it a bit?

I’m currently having counselling after waiting for mths.
Ive had further messages. Him in another account saying it’s him and he can’t take it anymore and to say goodbye to our child.

sorry to be negative but he’s broken me and all the police seem to care about is if he actually tops himself not that he has broken the non mol or all of our safety if he escalates further.
