The official advice on eating gorgonzola in pregnancy
Uncooked gorgonzola
Unfortunately, uncooked gorgonzola isn't safe to eat in pregnancy. According to the NHS, it can contain a type of bacteria called listeria, which can increase the risk of miscarriage or health problems for your baby. So it's best to avoid gorgonzola while you're pregnant.
If you're craving uncooked blue cheese, the good news is that Stilton is safe to eat in pregnancy, again according to the NHS.

Gorgonzola that's thoroughly cooked through is safe to eat. That's because cooking kills off the listeria bacteria.
