The official advice on eating Dairylea in pregnancy
Good news! Dairylea is safe to eat in pregnancy. This includes Dairylea cheese spread, triangles, dunkers, cheese slices and lunchables.
According to the Dairylea website, all their products are made with pasteurised milk. And the NHS says that foods made with pasteurised milk are safe to eat while you're pregnant.
