Over 94,000 shoppers joined a waiting list for Boots' new No 7 skincare range, dubbed 'Botox in a jar'. Here's everything you need to know – including how to get yours, plus a special £10 off discount code.
With amazing skincare results at affordable prices, we've always loved the Boots No7 range. So when we heard a new range was to be released, we were *very* excited.
And boy does it sound good ...
After 15 years of research into skin ageing and repair with the University of Manchester, engineers at the beauty brand have developed No 7's Future Renew.
It's said to contain a world-first super-peptide blend proven to harness your skin's natural repair process. No wonder it's been dubbed 'Botox in a jar' and already has thousands of people lining up to try it!

Commenting on the launch of No7 Future Renew, which launched exclusively at Boots in store and online, consultant dermatologist Dr Emma Wedgeworth said: 'I’m incredibly excited that No7 have discovered a new super-peptide blend that harnesses the skin’s natural repair process.'
'Helps reverse visible signs of skin damage'
'No7 Future Renew is a breakthrough range that can help reverse visible signs of skin damage. It contains a world-first peptide technology that you won’t find in any other skincare product,' Dr Emma added.
In blind trials, the No 7 Future Renew also reversed the appearance of multiple signs of skin damage across a range of skin types and tones, including fine lines, wrinkles, lack of luminosity, dryness, uneven skin tone and loss of firmness.
Plus, 97% of women in the clinical study apparently saw improvements in the appearance of multiple visible signs of skin damage.
What's in the range?
No 7's new Future Renew range contains a collection of four skincare products containing a ‘new super peptide blend’ which represents the ‘biggest cosmetic science innovation in No7’s history’.
At the heart of the collection is the No7 Future Renew Damage Reversal Serum (available in 25ml or 50ml) clinically proven to help reverse the signs of not just ageing, but skin damage too.
There's also a Future Renew Day Cream, Night Cream and a Future Renew Eye Serum (see more below!).
'A 94,000 strong wait list'
More than 94,000 people signed up for the ‘In the Know’ waiting list, which gives customers inside information ahead of a new product launch. When it was released on 12 April, shoppers queued from before 8am outside several Boots stores up and down the country.
Online shoppers trying to get their hand on the hero serum, reported a loading bar with a message that read:
'Our website is full to the brim with shoppers now and you have been temporarily placed in a virtual queue! Don’t worry, you will be back on and shopping soon.'

Why is the new peptide blend so special?
No7’s Head of Science Research Dr Mike Bell said: 'Skin damage happens throughout our lives and is caused by multiple factors including sun exposure, environmental pollution, stress, sleep, temperature and nutrition.
'The new peptide blend effectively tricks the skin into thinking that it has been damaged which leads to renewal of key proteins such as collagen and fibrillin.
'It therefore supports skin’s natural self-repair mechanisms, targeting signs of cumulative damage both on and under the surface. This is a world-first technology only available from No7. We believe it is going to be a game changer for consumers.'
We're sold!
