Not feeling myself anymore

Not really sure how to start this thread but I’m just not feeling myself anymore. I have a 5 year old and a 10 month old. My 10 month old still wakes a lot in the night. My partner works away so it’s just me and the kids. I’m not really sure how I feel anymore, I’m sad, tearful, get angry for no reason. Is it time to see a doctor? I’m not really sure what to do. I feel like I’m not me anymore. I can’t talk to family as I feel I’m too proud to ask for help.
