When am I ovulating?

Hello! I am on my first month TTC for our second baby. This is my first month tracking with OPK tests. I am sooo confused with my ovulation? There are missed days on CD12 & CD13 but I did test but they were completely negative just like CD14. My cycle is usually -27-28 days so I should be in my peak?
any help would be great!
