My 2 year old won’t eat after a week of having a stomach bug

Hello!
I am worried about my little one. It is going to be a week tomorrow since he had a stomach bug and he is eating practically nothing :( trying to at least give him fluids but I can see he has lost weight obviously, but I just hate seeing him like this. Throwing up only lasted one day thankfully, mild diarrhea a couple of days but he is just not wanting to eat at all. Should I be concerned? My husband definitely is. We are planning on getting him to the doctor tomorrow, although he was in the ER last Monday because he couldn’t stop puking. How much longer should I wait to be genuinely concerned about him barely eating? He has always been in the 70%-80% percentile on weight but I can definitely see he has gotten thinner and I am having a hard time with that :(
I woukd take him doctors aslong as he's having fluids and having a wee etc will be okay and try giving very small things can be anything at all aslong as it's something it takes mines a while get their appetite back their tummy shrink like ours do. Offer little bowls of fruit ice pops. Crackers toast or sandwiches but take him doctors if not eating at all x

Thank you :) he is much better now thank goodness and can’t seem to stop eating lol
