Carseat help

Hey i need some advice, i have this new joie 360 spin carseat and i just really don’t feel comfortable with how my newborn is sitting in it. More so the straps on her shoulders sitting too far down across her arms, we have had a fiddle but still seems to fall like that.

Anyone else had this problem and know what to do?
