Dating problem

I am a single mum of a 13 year old boy, and have divorced for 5 years. I have been dating in the last 2 years, and I was seeing someone for just over a year which ended in October. I was chatting to someone else for the period of time I was seeing the other guy, although always put off meeting. I finally met with this person in November, and we had 5 dates from then until about 2/3 weeks ago, he has been an absolute gentlemen the whole time and I really started to feel a connection. He is from another country and his ex wife is also from that country and has just sprung on him that she has a job opportunity in their country, he doesn’t know what is going to happen and she doesn’t know whether she is going to take it or not, but if she does he would not want to be away from his daughter. He has said he likes me to much to cut contact, and doesn’t want to stop seeing me, but probably shouldn’t make our relationship physical, but I don’t know whether to just cut contact completely?
If he isn't prepared to commit, then there's your answer. Sadly sometimes circumstances won't work to your advantage, and this seems like one of them. Call time on it before you get too deep and just put it in the 'could have worked in another place and time' pile. We all have lots of them.
It all depends if you would move to be with him
