Job center arranged an interview for me and insisted me to declare me as a self employed.
If any one know about this please advice me what to do.
Thanks
Apologies no idea why it can up red and underlined sorry
This really isn’t difficult. You are the director of your own limited company. So that in itself suggests to everyone you are self employed. You pay your own wage. Not another person or company.
A lot of incorrect information here, It’ll be based on how you receive your income.
You said that you’re paid through your business, this will be considered earnings from employment. If you receive any dividends then this is considered self employed earnings.
If you receive both then you’re considered to be both and you’ll have to fill out a self assessment as a director of your company.
Hope that helps!

Many thanks for your answer, i am taking only wage. But job centre keep telling me to declare myself as a self employed right now where i didnt received any profit yet. Is it right now to declare myself as a self employed now?
