General OPK expertise needed! (Possible PCOS)

Hope you dont mind me popping in but hoping for some expertise in this area as just started ttc and im totally lost in everthing.

I came off Desgesterol in November 2023, had no period for 2 months so was sent for a scan (as had ovary pain)which said appearance of possible PCOS. Ive not got any symptoms but I had been on the pill for 10 years so who knows.

Anyway doctor ran bloods and said levels were all normal and she thought from my bloods I had ovulated so she wanted to send me for a repeat scan for a second opinion. I then had my first period since stopping on the 28th Jan for 6 days.

I know if its PCOS OPK stuff doesnt work but as Dr said I should just continue as I dont have it for now to try track my cycle. I feel more confused since trying.

So I brought the clear blue dual hormone test thinking that would be best. I had my static smiley face on the 8th Feb along with some ewcm days before but none on the actual day. So assumed ovulation was over all being well.

Anyway today I had a few ovary pains then a big glob of this clear jelly sorry tmi! Like ewcm but thicker. So I took a standard cheapie type OPK and there was a blazing line which appeared postive.

Im cycle day 16 and thought id already ovulated with smiley but maybe not? Or is it maybe because something extra is going on?

Its not been long ttc I know, im just trying to understand my body more so any advice please!
