Implant removal but no period?! Am I pregnant

New here!
I had my implant out after two years, date of removal 15th January 2024. I never really tracked my ovulation dates when I had my implant because I didn't have regular periods, but about a week after removal I noticed egg white discharge etc and thought 'perfect'! I know understand what it means and when my ovulation is. It is now the 12th February and I had period pain and back ache around 8th/9th February, but nothing now!? and I haven't bled.
We had sex two days after removal (17th) where he pulled out (sorry TMI) but it was around my opening and when wiping.
Ovulation started on 20th I believe.
Could my period just be taking a while to come, or might I be pregnant?!

I have done some tests about a week ago and they are negative.
Do you use Flo?
My app says to test in one day times if I don’t come on. Obviously the app doesn’t take into consideration everyone’s different body’s etc so if it comes back negative I guess we just have to wait for nature!
