I returned to work part time when my baby boy was 4 weeks old due to being self employed , my baby is 8 months old and my is saying i should be working full time , i find it hard enough doing part time work and want to spend the other days with my baby
Who is saying this? No what your doing is perfect and so brave going back part time with a small baby I stayed home till my 3 went to school as couldn't stand leaving them and don't regret it and now only work evenings so I'm always available for school runs assembly's sick days etc. You are doing what u can and if your getting by on part time work then stay at that u can go full time when child is at school. Xx
Jill, I went back to work full time when my daughter was 10 months old, it was horrendous, I was getting 3am, and then back up at 7am , going to the office and working all day, coming home back to mummy duties. It nearly broke me.
I don't know who is telling you this, but unless it's out of necessity, don't do it, it's too much.
