please help im struggling with vertigo

Hello everyone im new to this and i came here to no im not alone in this with whats been going on and want to no any advice or help if u guys have been through it,
im really struggling with vertigo ive tried a better diet, ive stopped smoking, i stopped coffee as i started to get migraines before the balance was a issue, ive been doing the manoeuvre exercises at home, its really affecting me as i have two children and im struggling to even leave the house, did anyone found medication helped? x
May I ask your age? Because I’m also finding that I’m experiencing vertigo and I seem also to be constantly nauseous. I’ve been told by various medical professionals that it happens around peri menopause..
Saying that, have you been tested for Miniere’s disease?
