TTC after C-section in 2021

Hi guys new to the group and was wondering if anyone had some advice for me

My partner and I have been TTC for a year plus and have had no luck. I have a 3 year old and had him via c-section. I have just turned 29 and had many tests, all which have come back good, i also had a hsg test and that came back good also. HOWEVER recently i had a transvaginal ultrasound of my uterus on cycle day 3 and everything was good besides this 1 little comment, which was this.. C-section scar site noted with a focus of fluid in the region measuring 13 x 9 x 9mm.. however it looks like it isnt bang on the scar on the ultrasound maybe just under it. She also wrote no focal myometrial lesion, normal endometrial/myometrial differentiation, uterus mobile, endometrium 2mm. My question is, does this sound like Isthmocele (aka a csection scar defect) I have been googling for hours and feel deflated. any advice would help x
